Cancellations and missed appointments

Please note that we need at least 24 business hours notice for all cancellations otherwise a 60% fee will apply. If you fail to attend your appointment without giving us a minimum of 2 business hours notice to cancel, you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. Call us on 02 6295 0400 if you need to cancel and please leave a voice mail if we don’t answer, or reply to your sms reminder, or send us an email at info@livewellnaturally.com.au

We require that Monday appointments are cancelled via email, voicemail or SMS before Saturday close of business at 12pm. If you think you are coming down sick 2 days beforehand, we recommend to cancel then call us back on the day if you feel well. We can then do our best to book you in. If you come down sick on the morning of your appointment, the 60% fee will apply. We ask that you please stay home if you are unwell. Some of our practitioners are able to hold their appointments via telehealth. If you would like to enquire as to whether this is an option, please call us.

We send SMS reminders, however we highly recommend putting this appointment in your diary, as it has come to our attention that occasionally our reminders go to SMS spam folders.
