Cancellation Policy

Please note that we need at least 24 business hours notice for all cancellations otherwise a 60% fee will apply. If you do not attend your appointment, without giving us a minimum of 2 business hours notice to cancel, you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

We require that Monday appointments are cancelled via phone call, voicemail, SMS or email before Saturday close of business at 12pm. If you think you are coming down sick 2 days beforehand, we recommend to cancel then call us back on the day if you feel well. We can then do our best to book you in. If you come down sick on the morning of your appointment and give us more than 2 hrs notice, the 60% fee will apply. We ask that you please stay home if you are unwell. Some of our practitioners are able to hold their appointments via telehealth. If you would like to enquire as to whether this is an option, please call us.

​Appointment Reminders

We send SMS reminders, however we highly recommend putting this appointment in your diary, as it has come to our attention that occasionally our reminders go to SMS spam folders.

Onsite Parking

We have 4 spaces behind the premises or there are plenty of 2 hour street parks on Murray Cres and La Perouse St. If you park behind our premises, please only use our designated signed parking spaces as our neighbours use wheel clamping on cars that do not belong to their staff or customers. If you prefer you can also park anywhere in Manuka including under Coles or Manuka Medical Centre which is long stay, we are only a short 5 min walk away. Do give us a call if you have any trouble finding us! Traffic in the inner south can be fairly thick during peak hour, it’s best to leave early if your appointment is between 8am and 9:30am, or 4pm and 6pm.
